Khalaf has been connecting learners with the information they need to succeed in the workplace since 1992. With over three decades of experience as a trailblazer in leadership and professional development training, Khalaf has touched the lives of tens of thousands of students around the world to succeed and flourish to their highest potential. His experience as both a high-end trainer of complex technology and a published author has honed his expertise in delivering intricate material in a way that is both digestible and actionable.

He enjoys the interaction in the classroom and is always looking for ways to improve the online or virtual learning experience to make everyone feel more “connected and comfortable.” He believes that the greatest benefit to training is in the side interactions between learners: “The networking opportunities among peers is a key benefit of the training event.”

Khalaf brings a deep concern to the classroom for connecting technology to business needs. By using non-technical explanations for complex concepts, Khalaf gives his learners a way to explain the concepts to their supervisors upon returning to their respective workplaces: “I try to explain the hard stuff in a way that my children would understand.” As one learner said, “Khalaf is an excellent instructor. He did a good job facilitating the discussions, presenting alternatives, and drawing learners out. He is knowledgeable, taught the other instructors’ things they didn’t know and had a very pleasant manner, even with difficult people.”

Looking for a new challenge, Khalaf pursued Citrix certification in 2012. In 2015 Khalaf was recognized by Citrix as the Citrix Instructor of the Year for the Americas region. The following year he was awarded the designation of Master Certified Citrix Instructor, an invitation-only program that recognizes both technical acumen and presentation skills. As a Master CCI, Khalaf has participated in recording eLearning modules for Citrix as well as course rewrites and certification exam reviews.

In 2022 Khalaf made another pivot, focusing on facilitating leadership and professional development workshops. His vast experience, coupled with his empathetic and supportive nature, has provided a new group of learners with the confidence to step into new leadership roles and acquire skills to improve their experience in current ones. Each workshop is an opportunity to empower another group of learners, and every workshop participant has a positive impact on the outcome of the event.

Today, Khalaf divides his time between facilitating leadership and professional development workshops, and upskilling people on various Artificial Intelligence topics and technologies. He remains committed to empowering individuals and teams through innovative learning solutions, strategic coaching, and professional development programs. Whether designing impactful training or mentoring others toward success, his mission is to inspire growth and drive tangible results at every opportunity.
